What type of paint should i use below the water line when painting a concrete birdbath?

I am painting the bowl of a birdbath. The paint in the bowl will be under water on a regular basis. What type of paint will tolerate being under water for extended periods of time?

    Hi,

    Go to a GOOD paint store and ask for swimiming pool paint.
    A paint that may also hold is waterbased paint that we call here in Portugal «membrane». I don’t know what’s the name there.
