      Just curious, what made you work from light to dark? Typically people paint from dark to light. Great peice none the less, I’m trying to get more into rock music just to expand my musical horizons.

      It’s interesting how the creation of this painting and the structure of this song are similar- from the intro/charcoal sketch, to the main part of the song/the darker values that establish the form, to the outro/highlights and refinements…
      Music and art follow similar creative processes.
      Nice painting, btw..

      I agree with people saying you need to learn when to stop. Plus you didnt really blend the skin tones at all. Too unfinshed for my taste

      Hello Tony. Nice work. I’m an impressionist painter that admires the works of Garmash, Pino, Wallis etc. Have you studied their styles as an insiration or did you strike off on your own style? Also what mediums do you work in and what are your favorite subjects? Do you paint full figures also? I’d like to see more of your work. Also, do you enter any shows or placed in galleries?

      Very good work and much in demand now. Good luck in your pursuits and keep those brushes wet.
