Four New York City Artists Open at eDavid Gallery

This opening at eDavid Gallery in Bethlehem, PA took place on Friday, October 19th. All four artists attended the opening and provided fantastic insight in to their work. My thanks to each artist for taking the time to speak with me about their passion. There were beautiful works at the show and I encourage everyone to make this Gallery a stop in the Lehigh Valley. David and Amy are friendly people with a warm and inviting gallery. Although this show has finished watch for their next show beginning Friday, November 30th. The video from the new show should be posted by the first Sunday afterwards.

Shawn McNulty had a gallery exhibition of his large, abstract, modern paintigs on canvas at the Hopkins Center for the Arts in the west suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota during November 2007. What is the difference between Commercial Gallery, an Artist Gallery and a Public Gallery?

There are "coop galleries" which are usually made up of several artist’s for a place to show their work.
The artist’s gallery (as I think of) is usually owned by the artist, which may not be open to the public but for private (or semiprivate) viewing; And if there are more artist’s showing they are (usually) artists taken under the mentor’s wing.
A commercial gallery is open to the public, and may represent new, and/or seasoned artists.., and usually take a chunk of the price for consignment.

this is a video from the grand opening of my buddy JAG’s glass gallery called “Easy Street” in Brooklyn right off of bedford ave. . salt was the featured artist but the store as you can see includes others along with salt collabs between most of them. the artists in the vid are: snic, slinger, zach p, jag, jop, hops and illadelph. all the pieces you see are there and are available. i have nothing to do with the place so i cant help you aquire them sorry…
