Fellow Artists!! Should I register with a gallery?:)?

I was thinking of submitting my art work, but needed advise before I do so!
Also when they say minimum price £300 and £100 for original prints; what do the gallery people mean…do i have to pay a fee as high as that for submitting my art, or do I sell my work for that price??

what i think is that the art work would be 300 and the gallery would take their percentage off that. good luck
